Trend of Unit Values of Mineral Exploration Properties

Description

Review of transactions of mineral exploration properties, with reported mineral resources and mineral reserves, during the past fourteen years indicates that, in general, unit values of metal in the ground ($/oz Au, $/lb Cu, $/lb U3O8, etc.) represent approximately one percent of spot prices of those metals.  Results of the survey also indicate that unit values increase as the project becomes close to production.
